We focus on the needs an owner would normally satisfy with a traditional property management solution; we rent their home from them and sub-lease to an occupant tenant, and take care of the property start to finish. This means that when you start working with your client again, the home will be as good as, or better than, when you left it.

Our pledge is to maintain the property, pay the rent on time, and smoothly transition your client back to you once they are ready to sell. As property management specialists, we only focus on property management.  Depending on the circumstances, we might buy the property from the home owner, and pay you the commission you would get from a normal sale; one thing we will never do is take your client away from you.
