Chris and his wife Michelle formed Beacon Rental Homes in 2007 to manage a steadily growing portfolio of rental properties. They learned the property management business on their own homes, then branched out to working with owners and investors in the Peachtree City area. Chris and Michelle live in Fayetteville with their four children.
